The Parrish Arts Council (PAC) was created by a group of local art enthusiasts in 2012 performing historical plays about Parrish. We established as a non-profit in 2013. In 2014, we hosted the first music and art festival at the Florida Railroad Museum (later known as the East2West Art Market) and began exhibiting art at the Friends of the Rocky Bluff Library. Now, in 2025, we continue to host many artistic activities supporting our members, children, the elderly and the military. For example, we've expanded the Artfully Angels program to include holiday cards for our overseas military, doing art with residents in nursing homes and we hold monthly free art classes for the children at Rocky Bluff library. Our biggest event is the annual East2West Art Market at the Bradenton Area Convention Center which last year promoted 46 local artists during our two day event.
