Our mission: to provide LGBTQ+ people who are aging or disabled with a personalized path to care that supports comfort, safety and dignity. We aim to provide a gateway to services that are LGBTQ affirming and to lower financial barriers to accessing care.

Our vision:

• Provide care management that provides expertise in securing quality medical and long-term care and referrals to LGBTQ+-friendly services and resources.
• Create residential communities, such as assisted living residences and licensed board and care homes that are designed around the specific needs and culture of LGBTQ+ people.
• Activate the community to establish a sustainable financial foundation to maintain continuity and accessibility of services.
