Nucleus Legal Advice

Our Mission is to help provide access to justice for disadvantaged members of the community through the provision of information, advice, assistance, representation and education in social welfare law.

We tackle poverty and its effects through specialist work in welfare benefits, housing and debt, and by helping people understand and use their legal rights.

We are a community advice centre working in some of the 20% most deprived wards, aiming to ensure people “do not fall through the cracks” and can actually use legal remedies that exist on paper.

This opportunity is for our Hayes & Harlington branch. Hayes sits in one of the more deprived parts of the London Borough of Hillingdon, with higher income deprivation and child poverty than much of the borough, and residents commonly face barriers around low income, housing costs, insecure work, and access to services.
