Missão
Sexual Assault Services (SAS) mission is to bring hope, healing and empowerment to those effected by sexual abuse and exploitation.
SAS is a nonprofit 501(c)3 Organization. All of our services are FREE and CONFIDENTIAL. We serve people of all genders, sexual orientations, and ages. SAS provides victim centered, trauma informed services including crisis intervention, advocacy during medical exams, law enforcement interviews, court hearings, trials and more. We assist filing orders for protections and harassment restraining orders. We provide information and referrals along with education and training to organizations. We have support groups for victim/survivors and their families and loves ones.
Sobre Nós
SAS started a SANE(Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner) program. SANE was a long and hard achievement but with many determined agencies it is finally here in Crow Wing County. Our goals for 2024 include but not limited to getting out in the community more, raising more awareness, raising more funds for victim services, expanding our support groups, expanding our board/ gambling committee and many more exciting things for this year.
