Open Studio Project MISSION

At OSP, our mission is to provide a welcoming environment to create art for personal growth, social-emotional learning, and community well-being.

In all that Open Studio Project does, we strive to promote positive social and emotional change. At our core, Open Studio Project is about making art and being of service. We are proud of the impact we make in our community, and are constantly working to find areas of need both in our community and beyond. As we believe that art can change everything, we look to bring our healing OSP Process to as many people as we can in as many ways as we can.

Our participants come to us from all walks of life, each coming into our studio with their own stressors, transitions, and personal life issues. Some choose to share these issues and some do not, but they all are seeking a place of respite and hope. Some of the participants come every week and have for years, some come monthly, some even once a year. Our goal is not to tell you what you need, but to provide a creative path for you to discover and explore.

OSP Values

The values of Open Studio Project are what guides us to make the creative impact decisions that we make every day. Internally, OSP uses these values every day to create goals and find areas of improvement.
