LEAD empowers families and communities across Connecticut through education, leadership development, and civic engagement. Our mission is to expand opportunity, strengthen community voices, and help individuals build a future driven by knowledge, participation, and purpose.

LEAD is built upon five foundational pillars that support the holistic growth of our communities - educational options, civic engagement, financial literacy, universal history, and health & wellbeing. Each pillar represents a clear commitment to academic advancement, civic leadership, financial empowerment, historical understanding, and overall wellbeing. Together, they create a strong framework that expands opportunity, elevates community voices, and prepares families for a future driven by knowledge, purpose, and action.

LEAD connects families across Connecticut to educational advocacy, leadership development, and community resources that create lasting opportunity. LEAD is present in communities across Connecticut through a network of local centers designed to support families where they live. Each center serves as a trusted space for guidance, education, and connection, offering direct support tailored to the needs of its community.
