Burton Homes Community Outreach (BHCO) is a licensed 501(c)(3) behavioral health clinic and CLIA-certified clinical laboratory headquartered at 9204 S. Commercial Ave., Suite 308, Chicago, Illinois 60617. BHCO's mission is to improve the health, safety, and well-being of Chicago's East Side and South Side communities by providing integrated, evidence-based behavioral health care, substance use disorder treatment, and clinical laboratory services to individuals who have historically been underserved by the mainstream healthcare and criminal justice systems.

BHCO was founded on the belief that lasting community change requires meeting people where they are — with dignity, clinical excellence, and deep roots in the community being served.

Burton Homes Community Outreach (BHCO) is a licensed, nonprofit behavioral health clinic and CLIA-certified clinical laboratory rooted in the heart of Chicago's South Side. BHCO was built from the ground up to fill a critical gap: high-quality, compassionate behavioral health care for communities that have long been overlooked by the mainstream healthcare system. We care for Veterans, provide wrap around services, case management, housing, food, job placement as well as other needs for the community. We also offer group seesions and lead testing for children.
