Parents in Training: LEAF Wraparound

Our mission is to foster healing, strengthen family bonds, and help create a nurturing, harmonious home where every member can thrive.

LEAF Wraparound is a program of Parents in Training. Parents in Training, Inc. is a love-based, trauma-responsive educational program dedicated to helping adoptive families create homes that heal. We believe that love is the most powerful force for change, and it guides everything we do.

Our mission is to foster healing, strengthen family bonds, and help create a nurturing, harmonious home where every member can thrive. We help families shift from a place of fear to love, recognizing that this transformation is essential for true emotional growth and connection within the home.

We serve adoptive families in California who have adopted children under the age of eighteen and are receiving benefits through the Adoption Assistance Program (AAP). There is no out-of-pocket cost for eligible families who adopted through the foster care system.

Our Adoption Wraparound Service is an intensive program rooted in trauma-informed care and guided by five core values:
