"Leading the development of strong people for a strong arts and culture sector"
In pursuit of this mission, ACI will focus on the following goals:
- Nurture a cultural sector trained in cultural management of the highest standard of excellence
- Develop a dynamic relationship with its target clientele, community and government
- Be a voice in the development of the cultural sector in Manitoba
- Encourage a sector that is able to withstand the challenges facing it
- Advocate for communication and cooperation across its various disciplines
- Be a flexible and resilient organization able to adapt programs to the changing needs of the sector
- Provide current research on the cultural sector in Manitoba
- Be a model and resource for sound administration and management practices in the cultural sector
