In pursuit of this mission, ACI will focus on the following goals:

• Nurture a cultural sector trained in cultural management of the highest standard of excellence
• Develop a dynamic relationship with its target clientele, community and government
• Be a voice in the development of the cultural sector in Manitoba
• Encourage a sector that is able to withstand the challenges facing it
• Advocate for communication and cooperation across its various disciplines
• Be a flexible and resilient organization able to adapt programs to the changing needs of the sector
• Provide current research on the cultural sector in Manitoba
• Be a model and resource for sound administration and management practices in the cultural sector
