As a Southwest Colorado nonprofit, HomesFund builds diverse and resilient communities by developing affordable housing and empowering residents with the financial resources and educational tools to achieve homeownership. HomesFund is a Community Development Finance Institute, providing a comprehensive Homebuyer Assistance Program in the 5-county southwest Colorado region. The program includes a homebuyer education class, pre-purchase counseling, and mortgage assistance.
