resources and educational tools to achieve homeownership. HomesFund is a
Community Development Finance Institute, providing a comprehensive Homebuyer Assistance
Program in the 5-county southwest Colorado region. The program includes a homebuyer education
class, pre-purchase counseling, and mortgage assistance.
