Brief History & Founding Story

No Limit International was founded in 2018 by four Cameroonian-American sisters who wanted to give back to the country of their roots. Motivated by the disparities they witnessed between opportunities abroad and the challenges faced by youth in Cameroon, they set out to create programs that could bridge those gaps. What began as grassroots initiatives to provide access to education and mentorship, quickly grew into a movement addressing interconnected issues such as menstrual health, literacy, drowning prevention, women’s empowerment, and sustainable agriculture. In 2020, the organization became a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit in the United States and later expanded registration to Canada, solidifying its status as an international bridge supporting local solutions in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Geographic Focus

Our primary focus is Cameroon, where we work closely with local communities and schools. While our headquarters and registration are in the U.S. and Canada, our programs are designed to respond to the unique challenges faced by youth in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Core Program Areas

• Education: We expand access to learning by operating mobile libraries in rural communities, running coding workshops that introduce girls to STEM, and sponsoring school fees and supplies so financial barriers don’t interrupt education.
• Women’s Empowerment: Our programs prepare girls and women to thrive by fostering entrepreneurship opportunities and cultivating leadership skills that help break cycles of inequality.
• Healthcare: Through menstrual hygiene workshops and drowning-prevention training, we equip youth with critical health and safety knowledge that strengthens overall community well-being.
• Agriculture: By teaching sustainable farming practices and demonstrating how technology can be applied to food production, we help families improve food security and build resilience.
• Sports & Life Skills: Athletics and extracurricular activities serve as a platform for youth to practice teamwork, leadership, and resilience while building confidence beyond the classroom.
