CITY ON A HILL HEALTH CLINIC

City on a Hill Health Clinic (COAHHC) provides free health care services, health education, advocacy and referrals to low income, uninsured and underinsured adults residing primarily in Ottawa and Allegan Counties. Staffed primarily by volunteer medical professionals, the clinic has been providing valuable treatment for minor injuries, illnesses, and chronic health conditions since first opening over 13 years ago. The clinic is a vital source of medical care for over 400 uninsured and underinsured adults including a majority with chronic health conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and thyroid conditions. The clinic provides basic medical care and offers a variety of other health related services such as diabetes education classes, smoking cessation counseling, mental health counseling, physical therapy, chiropractic services, community health worker consultation, basic lab and radiology testing, chronic illness management and women’s health services to over 400 adults in the Ottawa and Allegan County area.
