Missão
Feed hungry people by soliciting and distributing food and other grocery products through partner agencies. Educate people in the community about the nature of and solutions to problems of hunger.
Sobre Nós
Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina serves 24 counties in the Metrolina area. We help over 900 hunger-fighting agencies in our 24 county service region get food to serve to our neighbors in need. Over 200 of our agencies are in Mecklenburg county. Our warehouse runs 5 days a week to get out thousands of pounds of food a week. Last year, we distributed 78 million pounds of food to our partner agencies!
