Polaris exists to help people fulfill their purpose - to find each other around what they're called to build, build it without surrendering their freedom to traditional employment, and ensure what they build genuinely serves the communities it's meant for.

Polaris is a Colorado nonprofit providing a way for purpose-driven people to find each other, build solutions to society's broken systems, and own what they create.

We started from a hard truth. The people most capable of fixing systems like healthcare often can't - because they're isolated from one another, because they're trapped inside organizations that capture their energy and ask for only a fraction of who they are, or because even good new ideas get bought out and drift from the values that created them. Polaris builds the tools and the structures that change that: a platform that helps purpose-aligned people connect, organize, and build together as owners rather than employees - with protections that keep what they build true to its purpose over time, instead of being slowly redirected toward profit.

Our first focus is healthcare, the most urgent proof of how a broken system fails the very people inside it. We're raising awareness through an investigative documentary series that brings the story to the public and calls forward the builders and funders ready to create something better. From there, the same approach extends to the other systems that shape daily life - education, housing, and food.

Whom we serve: the purpose-driven builders and funders who want to create real, lasting change - and, through what they build, the communities those solutions are meant for, beginning with people failed by the U.S. healthcare system.

What we value: purpose over extraction, human agency and ownership, and building things that genuinely serve people rather than accumulate at the top. We believe the way to fix broken systems isn't to reform them, but to build what replaces them - with the people most called to do it. We're early and actively building, which means there's real room for people who care to help shape what comes next.
