To provide support, education, and resources to caregivers and quality care for those living with memory loss and other challenges of aging. We here at Carepartners believe that individuals with dementia deserve a nurturing space to engage in a purposeful and meaningful life, no matter their challenges.
Sobre Nós
The day center provides meaningful experiences for persons with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia to participate in enrichment activities, while also providing much need caregiver support. Our focus is on quality of care over time where our staff can develop relationships with the member and better manage their care and their dementia progress.
