Momentum for Health exists to help individuals achieve mental and emotional health, discover and reach their potential, and fully participate in life.

Momentum for Health is one of Santa Clara County’s largest nonprofit providers of behavioral health care. We treat over 4,500 individuals each year — delivering comprehensive, integrated, accessible, and culturally responsive mental health care and addiction treatment. Our mission is to help people achieve mental and emotional health, discover and reach their potential, and fully participate in life.
