PoCoMo Youth Services is an AWARD WINNING, independent, progressive and innovative, grass-roots community based registered charity established in 1992. Our mandate includes the development and delivery of innovative programs and services for youth ages 12-18 who may be disadvantaged, marginalized, or at-risk. We create opportunities for youth to reach their full potential building on their assets and inner strength.
