At The 1st Step Inc, our mission is to promote the well-being of women from all walks of life. Our vision is to create an environment that provides resources that enable women to achieve their full potential. This is achieved through in-person quarterly empowerment sessions, virtual meetings, and supportive coaching.
Sobre Nós
The 1st Step Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women from all walks of life-especially low-income mothers-by connecting them with vital resources and opportunities. We offer support through job training, educational workshops, and emergency aid. Our goal is to help women take The 1st Step toward long-term stability and self-sufficiency.
We believe that when women are supported, entire families and communities thrive. Whether it's through mentoring, teaching a class, or helping at an event, our volunteers play a key role in making real change possible-one woman, one family, one step at a time.
In 2024, The 1st Step was able to successfully distribute children's clothing to families in need that were valued at $128k.
