The mission of the Golden Eagles Network Foundation (GENFO) is to empower women, girls, and youth to realize their full potential through access to education, leadership development, and sustainable community initiatives.

We are committed to breaking the cycles of poverty, inequality, and marginalization by equipping individuals—especially women and girls—with the tools and opportunities they need to lead change in their families and communities.

At the heart of our mission is the belief in dignity, equity, and transformation—building a just and empowered society where every voice is heard, and every life is valued.

Golden Eagles Network Foundation (GENFO) is a not-for-profit organization committed to transforming communities through the empowerment of women, girls, and youth. Founded in Kenya, GENFO works at the grassroots level to promote gender equality, access to education, and holistic community development.

Our core mission is to uplift vulnerable populations—particularly women and girls—by equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and opportunities necessary to lead dignified and independent lives.
