Our mission is to provide women and girls everywhere with lifesaving sexual and reproductive healthcare and empower them to decide what is best for their bodies, families, and futures.

Founded in 1969, UNFPA is the lead United Nations sexual and reproductive health agency. Today, UNFPA works in more than 150 countries to ensure every pregnancy is wanted, every childbirth is safe, and every woman and girl can reach her fullest potential.

Established by concerned American citizens, USA for UNFPA is a U.S.-based non-profit organization, dedicated to building support for UNFPA’s work within the United States. We raise awareness among Americans about global sexual and reproductive health, mobilize support to provide lifesaving care to women and girls worldwide, and advocate for gender equality.
