Mission: MOSAIC seeks to enhance the lives of isolated individuals by connecting them with volunteers who establish meaningful relationships and celebrate important occasions with them.

Vision: MOSAIC will give individuals personal attention on a special occasion to recognize them as unique contributors of their community. MOSAIC focuses on foster children, disabled individuals and the aging population who have little or no family to celebrate with them. This personalized time will provide individuals with the opportunity to celebrate on birthdays, holidays, anniversaries and other meaningful occasions. Gifts can come in the form of a community outing, personalized party, surprise visits from family and/or friends, and/or presents that are appropriate for the recipient. Our vision is to enhance the lives of isolated individuals by providing 1-on-1 time with a MOSAIC staff member or volunteer and personalized gifts on important/ memorable occasions. MOSAIC believes that small acts of kindness can make a big difference in the world.
