Our mission is to improve equity, social capital, and social mobility, ultimately aiming to end the cycle of poverty.

The Mentoring Lab is an inclusive Black-Led Youth Mentoring not-for-profit organisation based in East London.

We equip young people from marginalised communities to overcome progression barriers and access wider opportunities. We do this by offering young people aged 10 - 21 years old;

• 1:1 Youth Mentoring relationships with youth mentors or corporate volunteers
• Networking Events
• Preparation for the world of work and work experience opportunities
