Community Nurse is an independent, not-for-profit agency dedicated to providing a continuum of quality home care services to the communities of southeastern Massachusetts. Our licensed professional clinicians are highly skilled, compassionate caregivers who create and manage comprehensive recovery plans so that patients may remain in the comfort of their own home.
