The Center on Addiction and the Family (COAF) focuses on the intersection of substance abuse prevention, treatment, and recovery with family issues. We provide information, training and education for parents, children, families, and professionals. COAF is a national organization affiliated with Phoenix House, and does not provide counseling or other direct services to individuals.
