Our mission is to expand access to meaningful mathematics learning for all students in underserved communities—challenging advanced learners to reach new heights and empowering families with the knowledge and resources to support every child’s success.

Algorithm envisions a future where students from underserved communities—especially students of color—thrive in mathematics and gain access to advanced fields in math, science, and engineering. We believe that while brilliance is universal, opportunity is not. Too often, students of color are denied the chance to reach their full mathematical potential.

Algorithm seeks to disrupt this inequity through two key initiatives:

1. A comprehensive advanced math enrichment program that identifies and nurtures talented students, challenging them to reach new academic heights; and
2. A parent resource hub that equips all families with the tools, strategies, and knowledge to support their children’s math learning journey.

Through these efforts—anchored in community partnerships, workshops, and family engagement—Algorithm aims to transform the stigma surrounding mathematics into a culture of confidence, curiosity, and achievement. We envision a world where every child, regardless of background, can see themselves as a mathematician, problem solver, and future innovator.
