Brenda Lawrence for Congress

For the last 20 years, Brenda Lawrence has served as an elected official in the City of Southfield. In 2001, Lawrence became the first female and first African-American Mayor of Southfield. She was resoundingly re-elected three times. She is a Democrat, and is currently running for the United States Congress in Michigan’s 14^th District.
