Providing evidence-based training, experiences, and research that integrate nature into mental health care - cultivating reciprocal healing and stewardship for both people and planet. We want to build a future where a reciprocal relationship with nature will restore the mental health of all people and create deeper connection to self, others and our spirituality.
In 2019, the Center for Nature Informed Therapy opened its doors with a single promise: equip helping professionals—and everyday people—with research‑grounded, nature‑based tools for healing. Today our programs reach clinicians, teachers, veterans, and families, yet every session still echoes those first alpine lessons: slow down, step outside, and let the wild remind you who you are.
