Operations Lead

The Operations & Coordination Lead is responsible for designing and running the internal systems that ensure Foundher Ghana executes with clarity, consistency, and control.

This role sits at the center of everything—translating strategy into structured, repeatable execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational System Design

Build and maintain the operating structure of Foundher Ghana

Define workflows for:

Programs

Partnerships

Community activities

Create simple systems that allow the team to execute without confusion

2. Program Operations & Delivery

Oversee logistics and execution of:

Founder programs

Cohorts and events

Ecosystem activations

Program Operations & Delivery

Ensure:

Timelines are met

Experiences are consistent and high-quality

Anticipate and resolve operational gaps before they escalate

3. Internal Coordination

Act as the central coordination point across the Core Team

Partnerships → with program delivery

Communications → with actual activities

Ensure everyone is working from the same plan and priorities
