1. Operational System Design
Build and maintain the operating structure of Foundher Ghana
Define workflows for:
Programs
Partnerships
Community activities
Create simple systems that allow the team to execute without confusion
2. Program Operations & Delivery
Oversee logistics and execution of:
Founder programs
Cohorts and events
Ecosystem activations

Ensure:
Timelines are met
Experiences are consistent and high-quality

3. Internal Coordination
Act as the central coordination point across the Core Team

Ensure everyone is working from the same plan and priorities
