Volunteer – Business Administration & Operations Support

Support TW Mental Health Advocates with essential administrative tasks that keep our programs running smoothly. Help with data entry, scheduling, grant tracking, and communication to strengthen our growing community impact.

🟩 Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day administrative operations
• Track and organize grant documents, budgets, and reports
• Maintain participant, partner, and volunteer databases
• Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-ups
• Help improve internal systems for efficiency and accuracy

🟩 Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Basic understanding of bookkeeping or nonprofit administration helpful
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working independently
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and community service
