Position Overview
Facilitate uplifting gatherings for moms!
Host consistent SMILE Gatherings to create a welcoming space for support, inspiration, and laughter.
Key Responsibilities
- Host gatherings (virtual or in-person)
- Lead discussions and encourage participation
- Collaborate to refine the program
- Facilitate and encourage discussions using provided materials and support
Requirements
- Empathetic and warm communicator
- Comfortable leading small groups
- Reliable and committed
Time Commitment & Expectations
- Dedicate a minimum of 3 hours per week to leadership duties and outreach.
- Communicate proactively if circumstances impact your ability to fulfill responsibilities.
