    Position Overview

    Facilitate uplifting gatherings for moms!

    Host consistent SMILE Gatherings to create a welcoming space for support, inspiration, and laughter.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Host gatherings (virtual or in-person)
    • Lead discussions and encourage participation
    • Collaborate to refine the program
    • Facilitate and encourage discussions using provided materials and support

    Requirements

    • Empathetic and warm communicator
    • Comfortable leading small groups
    • Reliable and committed

    Time Commitment & Expectations

    • Dedicate a minimum of 3 hours per week to leadership duties and outreach.
    • Communicate proactively if circumstances impact your ability to fulfill responsibilities.
