Role Summary:

The Volunteer Lead oversees volunteer activities, ensuring effective coordination, training, and support for volunteer teams. They act as the main point of contact between volunteers and organizational staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers
  • Schedule volunteer shifts and track attendance
  • Ensure clear communication and address concerns
  • Support planning and execution of events and initiatives

Qualifications:

• • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Experience managing teams (preferred)
  • Must live in Maryland or District of Columbia, Washington
