Role Summary:
The Volunteer Lead oversees volunteer activities, ensuring effective coordination, training, and support for volunteer teams. They act as the main point of contact between volunteers and organizational staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers
- Schedule volunteer shifts and track attendance
- Ensure clear communication and address concerns
- Support planning and execution of events and initiatives
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing teams (preferred)
- Must live in Maryland or District of Columbia, Washington
