About Us:

Hi there - we are the furry friends of Richmond Animal League! Big, small, shy, wiggly - we all have one thing in common: we love cozy, clean spaces and humans who make our days brighter. Our kennels and play areas are the heart of the action, and we need scrubbers, washers, and laundry wizards to help keep everything sparkling.

About You:

You’re a true animal lover who doesn’t mind getting a little sudsy. You know that clean bowls, fresh bedding, and tidy toys = happy pets. You’re calm, patient, and steady - but secretly proud when everything shines. You’re not afraid to bend, scrub, scoop, or load a washing machine (bonus points if you sing while you work).

• Must love pets (obviously).
• Comfortable with a little soap, water, and laundry.
• Patient, calm, and steady - but secretly excited to see us happy and cozy.
• 16+ and able to do light lifting (laundry baskets, bins of toys, etc.)

What We’ll Do Together:

• Wash and sanitize bowls, toys, scoopers, and litter boxes.
• Laundry: bedding, towels, leashes - so we can nap in squeaky-clean comfort.
• Have a feel-good chore party, with lots of gratitude from us furry friends!
