Join us for the 5th Annual Valley Asian & Pacific Islander Cultural Festival (VAPI 2026) on May 2 in Los Angeles.
This is more than an event.
It’s culture, community, and impact—brought to life.
🎯 Volunteer Roles
We are currently looking for support in:
- Event setup & logistics
• Guest check-in & support
• Cultural booth assistance
• Media team (photography & videography)
• General event support

Location: Pierce College, Woodland Hills, CA
Date: Saturday, May 2, 2026
Time: Flexible shifts available (morning setup, event hours, or afternoon support)

Event Directions:
The event will take place at Pierce College in Woodland Hills, Los Angeles.
20499 Victory Boulevard, Woodland Hills, CA
Parking is available on-site. Please follow posted event signage upon arrival for designated festival areas.
We recommend arriving early to allow time for parking and check-in. The event is open to the public and designed to be family-friendly and accessible.
Additional on-site directions and event layout details will be provided closer to the event date.
Volunteer Check-In (iDARE Booth):
Volunteers supporting iDARE Inc. should check in at the main entrance, where the booth will be clearly marked as iDARE / Indonesian Cultural Booth, in partnership with the SoCal Prep table.
Our team will be on-site to provide guidance, assignments, and coordination throughout the event.
Volunteer Shifts:
- Morning Set-Up: Arrive by 9:00 AM
- Event Support: 10:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Afternoon Take-Down: By 3:00 PM
Volunteer Roles Needed:
- Videographer
- Photographer
- Runner (on-site support)
