Responsibilities:
- Source and engage top-tier design talent through various channels.
- Conduct screenings and interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our culture and opportunities.
