    Responsibilities:

    • Source and engage top-tier design talent through various channels.
    • Conduct screenings and interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
    • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
    • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our culture and opportunities.
