The International Youth Federation (IYF) is a global non-profit youth organization network governed by the present statutes and the Swiss Civil Code. It is politically neutral and non-denominational, aiming to empower youth worldwide.
The IYF is a global youth network, an organization advocating for change and connecting countries to knowledge, experience and resources to empower young people across the world. IYF works in over 50 countries and territories, helping to achieve youth empowerment and improve the status of youth.
The IYF Department of Public Information (DPI) is responsible for developing and implementing the IYF Global Communications Strategy, strengthening support for the IYF by promoting key messages and strategies on priority youth issues, implementing global campaigns and coordinating communications and public information activities between headquarters, regional administrations and member counties. The IYF Department of Global Marketing (DGM) works to improve the organization position and promote the IYF's vision, mission, knowledge, communication, and outreach objectives across global audiences. DGM advises the IYF Executive Office, Executive Board and senior leaders, giving guidance, perspective and ideas in marketing affairs that will assist the IYF to continue to generate, enable and grow long-term revenue streams for the organization.
Under the supervision of the Director of Public Information, the Global Marketing Manager develops and implements a plan to bolster communications efforts across the organization, focusing particularly on raising IYF’s profile and producing and coordinating partner and donor-related communications with the other DPI teams. She/he is responsible for a team providing corporate communications support services and strategic outreach, including IYF branding and marketing through the promotion of public information, marketing, advertising and awareness-raising through global campaigns.

Advanced English skills are required.
Experience
Marketing experience within an NGO, INGO, charity, international development, youth empowerment, women's empowerment, non-profit, or similar industry is required.
