YWCA Union County is Looking to Build a Volunteer Base and Community Visibility
YWCA Union County is actively recruiting committed, reliable and compassionate individuals to become volunteers interested in ending the cycle of domestic violence and creating real change in our community. Volunteer positions available include:
YWCA Union County's 40-Hour Domestic Violence Certification Training Program takes place multiple times per year and is free to all prospective volunteers. Contact volunteer@ywcaunioncounty.org for more information.

In 1978, in response to the growing concern about domestic violence in Union County, YWCA Union County established Project Protect to provide emergency shelter for battered women and their children. Today, they are recognized as the lead domestic violence agency in Union County, with a full range of services provided.
