Are you passionate about helping others on their recovery journey? We are seeking a compassionate, dependable volunteer to help lead and support an AA 12-Step Program group. This is a meaningful opportunity to encourage hope, connection, and personal growth within our community.
Volunteer Responsibilities
- Help facilitate weekly 12-step meetings
- Provide encouragement and peer support in a respectful, nonjudgmental environment
- Assist with group discussions and meeting structure
- Promote a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere
- Support participants in maintaining accountability and recovery goals
Qualifications
- Experience with a 12-step recovery program preferred
- Comfortable speaking in group settings
- Compassionate, reliable, and supportive
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
Time Commitment
- Approximately 1 hour per week
- Flexible scheduling based on program needs
