    Description

    Are you passionate about helping others on their recovery journey? We are seeking a compassionate, dependable volunteer to help lead and support an AA 12-Step Program group. This is a meaningful opportunity to encourage hope, connection, and personal growth within our community.

    Volunteer Responsibilities

    • Help facilitate weekly 12-step meetings
    • Provide encouragement and peer support in a respectful, nonjudgmental environment
    • Assist with group discussions and meeting structure
    • Promote a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere
    • Support participants in maintaining accountability and recovery goals

    Qualifications

    • Experience with a 12-step recovery program preferred
    • Comfortable speaking in group settings
    • Compassionate, reliable, and supportive
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries

    Time Commitment

    • Approximately 1 hour per week
    • Flexible scheduling based on program needs
