We’re looking for a few committed and energetic volunteers to serve as HR Liaisons—helping us build meaningful partnerships with Corporate HR teams to promote workplace giving.
As an HR Liaison, you’ll play a key role in connecting NCT’s mission with companies that care. Your goal will be to:
Establish clear and consistent communication with HR departments.
Align NCT’s programs with corporate values and CSR goals.
Engage leadership and HR teams to foster a culture of giving.
Leverage HR’s role in employee engagement to make giving easy, meaningful, and sustainable.
What You’ll Do
Build strong relationships with HR professionals.
Craft and share a compelling narrative about NCT’s impact.
Encourage companies to include NCT in their workplace giving platforms.
Help employees feel a sense of ownership and pride in supporting NCT.
