    Description Of the Role:

    The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing timelines, organizing tasks, and ensuring effective communication between departments. This role is key to supporting the internal infrastructure of our projects and helping teams stay aligned and informed.

    Department/Team: Executive Office / Admin Support

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Track project timelines, deliverables, and ownership of tasks
    • Coordinate meetings, document notes, and manage follow-ups across teams
    • Maintain project dashboards and monitor status updates
    • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and team briefings
    • Manage project documentation and version control
    • Liaise between departments to ensure consistency and alignment

    Required Experience/Skills:

    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Solid understanding of project workflows and documentation practices
    • Comfortable using project management tools and platforms
    • Ability to manage across teams and clearly communicate priorities
    • Tech-savvy and able to work both independently and collaboratively
    • PMP or CAPM certification is an asset but not required
    • 2+ years of experience coordinating projects in nonprofit, startup, academic, or business environments
    • French language skills are an asset
    • Calm under pressure and reliable under tight timelines, Self-driven and proactive, Team player and collaborative
    • 15–20 hours/week; flexible depending on availability and project needs
