You may volunteer remotely or in-person. We encourage those who live in Hidalgo County to apply for this role. If you live in the RGV outside of Hidalgo County, please feel free to apply.
Activities
As an Event Coordinator, you may perform the following activities.
Event Research
- Research spaces in Hidalgo County where we may host events for our organization
- Email, call, or text spaces to schedule and reserve events
- Connect with our members to review what events they would like to create
Officer Coordination
- Discuss the event logistics with the officers of the organization
- Share with the officers the items needed to host the event
Location
