    Activities

    As an Event Coordinator, you may perform the following activities.

    Event Research

    • Research spaces in Hidalgo County where we may host events for our organization
    • Email, call, or text spaces to schedule and reserve events
    • Connect with our members to review what events they would like to create

    Officer Coordination

    • Discuss the event logistics with the officers of the organization
    • Share with the officers the items needed to host the event
