The Administrative Assistant will be part of LLN's Advisory Council and works with President to provide overall administrative and project support. Professionalism, the ability to cultivate relationships, and flexibility to adapt to the changing needs and priorities of a growing organization are essential.
Though opportunity is mostly virtual, being local to Massachusetts is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage President’s email and calendar flow.
- Schedule internal and external meetings, agendas, coordinate logistics and details, including space (most meetings are virtual), meals, supplies, and technology) for meetings, providing relevant preparation materials.
- Facilitate the smooth exchange of information as a first point of contact for external relationships.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the President, including flights and lodging.
- Light CRM data entry.
- Attend, help coordinate and execute all LLN in-person awareness events under Events Coordinator.

- High-level of proficiency with Google Docs, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva, and Adobe (Acrobat DC), and ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
