What is the Vegan Chef Challenge (VCC)?

The VCC is a fun and impactful event designed to dramatically increase vegan options in cities across the country. It lasts for an entire month, and for 2026, it can be organized for launch in June, July, August and October.

Lead Organizer Requirements

• Organize a VCC with at least two other volunteers
• Commit to the entire event from start to finish, which takes about 3 months

We are specifically looking to organize VCCs in cities with a metro population between 70,000 and 300,000.
